CSRA CLUB MEETING LOCATION

We are now meeting on the THIRD THURSDAY of every month at the Grace Lutheran Church, in the Fellowship Room, located on the lower level. The address is 1100 Manchester Avenue, one block north of Roosevelt Road  and two blocks west of Gardner Road in Westchester. Enter the church from Devonshire Street and make your way down the stairs. Plenty of parking is available around the church.

The Chicago Suburban Radio Association operated Special Event Station N9BAT on Saturday October 4, 2008, saluting the Santa Fe Prairie Nature Preserve in Hodgkins, IL. 

The station operatied next to a restored Santa Fe caboose. Since the Santa Fe Prairie was designated as an Illinois Nature Preserve on October 3, 1997, the station will run on solar and battery power only - no AC or generator power.
